a. On a computer

• Android browser: open the "Home" screen, click on the web browser icon, the "Menu" button, and "Settings". Your device will take you to a menu of available settings or offer you one of the three options detailed below. Click the option that appears: in the Privacy and security option, Privacy, Security, tap "Clear cache", "Yes" to confirm, "Clear all cookie data", "Yes" to confirm, tap the "Home" button to return to the Home screen and restart the device by turning it off and on again.
• Google Chrome browser: In the browser toolbar, click "Chrome menu," "More tools," and "Clear browsing data."
